WE’RE HERE TO HELP

A little guidance.
A clearer picture.

Start with the user guide in each app’s Settings, or find an answer below.

The camera is blank. What should I check?

Open iPhone Settings, select the app and enable Camera. Return to the app and use Retry camera if shown. You can also import a saved video from Files.

Where are recordings and reports saved?

Open History in the app to see saved sessions. Optional tracked videos are also available in Files → On My iPhone → Ghostlane or CrowdFlux → Recordings. Use the report’s export and share controls for CSV files.

Can I delete a session?

Yes. Swipe left on a saved session in History and confirm Delete. Its tracked videos are deleted too. Original imported videos and copies exported elsewhere are kept.

Why might CrowdFlux count someone again?

Tracking can be interrupted by occlusion, poor lighting or movement. Short-term clothing matching helps with returns, but similar outfits and longer absences can create another count. Keep the camera steady and verify results in your actual setting.

Does Ghostlane need calibration?

Counting works without calibration. Speed estimation requires a measured road area and a stable camera. Recalibrate after moving the camera or changing the view.

Does detection need an internet connection?

Detection runs on your iPhone. Maps, place search, address lookup, and destinations you choose when sharing may require internet access.

Can I download the apps yet?

The App Store releases are being prepared. Download links will appear on each product page once the apps are available. There is no public download link yet.

Still need a hand?

Include the app name, version from Settings, iPhone model and iOS version. Please avoid sending footage of people or precise location information unless it is necessary and you have permission to share it.
